YOGA. Yoga for kids is a system of training that helps children develop awareness of their body and nurture important skills such as focus, relaxation, and mindfulness. It involves movement-based practices, poses, and breathing exercises. Yoga can help kids learn to live in the moment, focus on the task at hand, and handle problems peacefully. It also strengthens growing bodies and improves flexibility.
Participants must currently be in grades 1 to 2.
